We specialize in foreign exchange services including buying and selling of foreign currency notes, prepaid forex cards for leisure and business travel, authorized outward remittances for education, medical, conference, gift purposes, and family maintenance, along with Travel Insurance products. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, manage teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsiblities :
Promote and generate business for foreign exchange services including buying and selling of foreign currency notes
Drive sales of prepaid forex cards for leisure and business travel customers
Develop business for authorized outward remittances such as education, medical, conference, gift purposes, and family maintenance
Promote and cross-sell Travel Insurance products to eligible customers
Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Coordinate with corporates, travel agents, educational consultants, and other channel partners
Ensure all foreign exchange and remittance transactions comply with RBI/FEMA regulations
Supervise documentation, KYC, and operational processes as per regulatory guidelines
Lead, train, and monitor team performance to achieve business targets
Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
