Should have been a team leader leading a team under him. Presentable, Pleasing personality, Polite composed to handle any situation.
In addition to the above he also has to follow the routine mentioned below:
The Team Leader is responsible for Business development and should plan his Marketing calls for the day. The Team Leader should generate his own data base and look forward for data base through his own sourcing for a prospective client. The Team Leader should ensure business interest on all products and services available with ICCL and promote in selling / offering them by way of cross selling in the larger interests of our organization. The Team Leader to ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, collection of one time documents and collection of documents during sale/purchase as per AML/KYC norms. Team Leader to ensure the process of tallying cash (FCN, T. Cheques and Pre paid Cards) on daily basis are adhered by the cashier and verifying by another team member is in place on daily basis. The Team Leader has to manage the administration of the branch in an effective manner and ensure there are no customer complaints.
Technical Skill : Business Development.
Salary Range :Rs.25000/- and above
